What's New
Today I decided that it was time for a change, so I went and got a new hairstyle. I LOVE it! I finally have volume, and I can straighten it as well. Here's a few pics
And last, but not LEAST, I am loving how potty training Logan is going! We stayed up in the hospital for a few days this week and Logan did amazing with holding his pee and not going in his pull-up! I knew it wasnt going to be easy especially since he was hooked up on iv fluids the whole time, but he was such a big kid about it, I am just sooo proud of him! Tomorrow I am going to start putting him in underwear! I hope he continues to pee in the potty and hold it!
Do you have anything new that you would like to share?
I'm 33 wks pregnant
Also I finally got my coupon binder put together. It is now so much easier to find coupons when need-be!Do you have anything new that you would like to share?

Week recap/shopping trip
I had a great week! Logan was back to his normal self, he had his treatment this week, and he did fabulous!! I'm so glad we are almost done with all this crazyness! Here lately Logan has been literally obsessed with ELMO! Oh my! He loves to watch the movie Sesame Street Count With Me...It teaches him to count up to 20. I think it is so cute! I am thinking we may have another Elmo Birthday Party this year! Haha =)
Logan following along with his Story Reader
Logan also loves to listen to children's music. We have music time everyday, where we sing and dance along to the music, Logan seems to be learning alot from it, and he seems to really enjoy it! Logan has been sleeping in his bed all night here lately, recently he has been coming in and sleeping with us! Which is fine, but it does get kinda crowded ha! Logan is also really into his Story Reader, it is an automated book system that reads to you when you turn the pages.
Also I have recently put together a small little coupon binder, and organized all of the products by categories. Eventually I will get an actual binder! With the high prices of everything it sure is a good investment as you could say. I think everyone should be doing it! Being a stay at home mom, I enjoy saving money and couponing, I feel that it helps our family out tremendously and saves us alot of money! Here is my recent shopping trip....
Brawny paper towels=Free
Cereal bars=$1.50 each
Snack Packs=.66 cents each

Couponing-why it makes perfect sense
I have always been the kind of person that would run to the store every evening or every other evening if I needed a few things well not anymore, my husband would be like you just ran to the store the other night and i would say yeah your right but I forgot to grab this or this. But I have learned and trained my mind not to run to the store every time I need something, I will wait until I need atleast 4 or 5 things before I will run to the store. Ever since I have been pregnant, I have not wanted to go anywhere literally it seems, I get so tired around 6 or 7 each night and that's when my husband gets home and I don't feel like getting out, I use what energy I have to fix my lovely family a nice warm meal and, give my son a bath and then do supper dishes and chill out with my boys, and that's about it haha! I think it also has alot to do with this weather as well.
But anyway back to why couponing makes perfect sense. Stockpiling makes so much sense for so many reasons that it would take several lengthy blog posts to explore all of the benefits. Stock up when the prices are low for the products you need to live your daily life. I have just started doing this, I am stocking up on the things me and my family use the most, that way when the item is needed I have it on hand, and I don't have to make a trip to the store for one item! I think couponing is very fun, it is one of my most enjoyable hobbies, and i have met alot of wonderful people that love to do the exact same thing and we will chat about our deals and they will share tips about what works for them and vice versa!
My favorite things about couponing are Buy one get one free coupons, or getting FREE products using coupons, or getting stuff for under $1.00.
Couponing also takes off alot of stress of having to go grocery shopping because if you plan right and have the right coupons you will save over half of what you would normally spend in your shopping trip and trust me that is a huge relief. I have always hated going shopping because I think things are way overly priced and I've noticed lately that manufacturer's are downsizing there products boxes and quantities and keeping the same price as before. I hope my children learn the lessons I have learned with money, to me it doesn't matter what brand of shampoo, food, bodywash i use as long as it works in our budget and gets the job done, that's all that matters and I hope my children will feel the same way and value this like i do!
But anyway I really love to coupon and save money, you should give it a try, you will never know how enjoyable it is until you try it!=)
So stay tuned for some more tips and deals!
What about you do you agree with my post? What lessons have you learned through couponing?

Recipes 2
How to make delicious Garlic Bread:
Ingredients:
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.

2 Cut the bread in half, horizontally. Mix the butter, garlic, and parsley together in a small bowl. Spread butter mixture over the the two bread halves. Place on a sturdy baking pan (one that can handle high temperatures, not a cookie sheet) and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.
3 Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over bread if you want. Return to oven on the highest rack. Broil on high heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges of the bread begin to toast and the cheese (if you are using cheese) bubbles. Watch very carefully while broiling. The bread can easily go from un-toasted to burnt.
4 Remove from oven, let cool a minute. Remove from pan and make 1-inch thick slices. Serve immediately.
What a great way to save money, making your own garlic bread! This way is so much better than the frozen brand in my opinion, just takes a few minutes to make!
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 16-ounce loaf of Italian bread or French bread
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
- 1 heaping tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Some places I love to shop at-
First I'm going to start off with Dillons!! I absolutely love shopping at Dillons and it is because of their customer service!! It is great! And another reason is its not too overly crowded! I can not stand to be crowded and feel rushed when I am shopping, I like to take my time and enjoy it alittle bit! I do shop at walmart if it is something I cant buy at Dillons! And a plus side is Dillons doubles coupons-gotta love that!! And also you save on your gas!
Goodys- I love to shop at Goodys clothing store! I always get coupons in the mail to shop there and the coupons help out alot with the expense!
