Snow Day!

Yes, last night it finally decided to snow! It wasnt really that cold today, Logan had an Appt. this morning so he got to atleast walk thru the snow and play alittle in it! We got a few inches! I am so thankful for the moisture we received, it was much needed! Logan and I did some crafts today and just hung out!

Tomorrow is my hubby's birthday, so you can look forward to a post about that! =)

What's New

Today I decided that it was time for a change, so I went and got a new hairstyle. I LOVE it! I finally have volume, and I can straighten it as well. Here's a few pics
I'm 33 wks pregnant
Also I finally got my coupon binder put together. It is now so much easier to find coupons when need-be!

And last, but not LEAST, I am loving how potty training Logan is going! We stayed up in the hospital for a few days this week and Logan did amazing with holding his pee and not going in his pull-up! I knew it wasnt going to be easy especially since he was hooked up on iv fluids the whole time, but he was such a big kid about it, I am just sooo proud of him! Tomorrow I am going to start putting him in underwear! I hope he continues to pee in the potty and hold it!

Do you have anything new that you would like to share?

Starting to get anxious

I am really starting to get anxious about Landons birth. This pregancy has been great, I haven't really had much to complain about. It has been healthy, which is most important. I just keep reassuring myself that the birthing process will go fine. It's so funny that im nervous about birthing another baby and I have already done it once before! haha. Anthony and I both think Logan is going to do great with Landon. Logan is really growing up, it makes me sad! He will most likely start some sort of school this year! I can't believe it is already that time. He is loving potty training still and I am so happy about his independence!

Happy Thursday!

Logan New Routine

I have decide that it is time to get Logan back on track and into a routine, i've heard that alot of families that only have one child don't make their kids have a bedtime routine, or a regular routine to that matter. But here lately I have really been working hard on getting Logan on a scedule. He was on a scedule before now, it just wasnt really that great! So we now wake up, Logan and I at 7am every morning, we eat breakfast, brush our teeth, then have music and play time. Then I start to make lunch bout 11am we eat at 11:30 am, then we go outside if it nice, if not, we color,do puzzles and do educational stuff! Then 1-2pm is nap time. 4pm bath time, Logan usually take about an hour bath, he loves bath time!! Then I start to make Supper bout 5pm. Then We eat bout 5:30-6pm. Then Bedtime is 8pm! So far this scedule is working great, I am so happy! This gives Anthony and I time to spend together and catch up with eachother and it also gives Logan structure! Also we are still potty training, it is going well, Logan is liking it and he likes to wear his 'COOL" underwear haha!

How has having a routine for your children made it easier for you, and them?

Update on potty training/Landon/Logans Birthday Party

I am so happy to say that potty training is going well. We are still at the start of it tho, but Day 1 went great, and Day 2 is going even better. I decided that it is time Logan gets potty trained, I would like him potty trained before Landon arrives, or shortly after, mainly so he can start school. I give Logan a sticker everytime he goes potty on his potty, and then he places his sticker on his sticker chart. Once Logan starts telling me he has to go potty I will give him a sticker and he will place it on his chart and then once he gets to 5 stickers (5 times of him telling me) I will let him pick out a prize!  So far he seems to really like this idea! I am even going to bag up his potty and take it up with me to the hospital when we go!
Next, I have made sure everything is cleaned up for Landon, blankets and what not. All that is left to do is get him a carseat. The other day I told Logan to give Landon a kiss and he lifted up my shirt and kissed my belly! It was the sweetest moment in the world! He is going to make a great Big brother, we just can't wait! Also I have decided I will be breastfeeding and cloth diapering Landon! This is what I feel is best and i am so happy about it!
This year we decided we were going to throw Logan another Elmo birthday party! I am so excited! I am already starting to plan it! Im making his invitations and everything! Im hoping it will be a big hit! Last year we never had a birthday party for Logan since, it was a very overwhelming time for us all, so Anthony and I just took Logan to Chuckie Cheese's and just had a small family party. I hope he really enjoys his party! I can't wait!

Week recap/shopping trip

I had a great week! Logan was back to his normal self, he had his treatment this week, and he did fabulous!! I'm so glad we are almost done with all this crazyness!  Here lately Logan has been literally obsessed with ELMO! Oh my! He loves to watch the movie Sesame Street Count With Me...It teaches him to count up to 20. I think it is so cute! I am thinking we may have another Elmo Birthday Party this year! Haha =)

Logan following along with his Story Reader

Logan also loves to listen to children's music. We have music time everyday, where we sing and dance along to the music, Logan seems to be learning alot from it, and he seems to really enjoy it! Logan has been sleeping in his bed all night here lately, recently he has been coming in and sleeping with us!  Which is fine, but it does get kinda crowded ha! Logan is also really into his Story Reader, it is an automated book system that reads to you when you turn the pages.

Also I have recently put together a small little coupon binder, and organized all of the products by categories. Eventually I will get an actual binder! With the high prices of everything it sure is a good investment as you could say. I think everyone should be doing it! Being a stay at home mom, I enjoy saving money and couponing, I feel that it helps our family out tremendously and saves us alot of money! Here is my recent shopping trip....
